The poster and premiere date for KBS drama “The King’s Affection,” starring SF9’s Rowoon and Park Eun Bin, have been unveiled.
“The King’s Affection,” based on a manhwa, is a historical drama involving twins born in the palace. Even though one of them is abandoned because she is female, she eventually disguises herself as a man and replaces her brother as crown prince when he dies.
Park Eun Bin will play the role of Lee Hwi, the crown prince. Lee Hwi is the ideal crown prince, adept in both the literary and martial arts and endowed with a beautiful face. Moroever,
Rowoon will play Lee Hwi’s instructor, Jung Ji Woon. He works as a teacher at the Royal Prince Sikangwon, a governmental office dedicated solely to the education of crown princes. He is regarded as a good looking guy who is brave, perseverant, and stubborn, but who also prefers to accept life as it comes and lives free of worldly cares as an optimist who likes to have fun.
The premiere of “The King’s Affection” will take place on October 11 at 9:30 p.m. KST.
