CORTIS Kicks Off NBA All-Star 2026 With Bold, History-Making Opening Night Performance

K-pop group CORTIS — composed of MARTIN, JAMES, JUHOON, SEONGHYEON and KEONHO — headlined the Opening Night of the NBA Crossover Concert Series during NBA All-Star 2026 on February 12, becoming the first K-pop act to do so.

The performance took place at the Los Angeles Convention Center as part of the league’s All-Star festivities. Earlier this year, CORTIS was named “Friends of the NBA,” signaling an expanding collaboration between the group and the league that bridges music and sports audiences.

Opening their set with “What You Want,” the group continued with “FaSHioN,” “GO!” — featuring a remix produced by member MARTIN and included on the official soundtrack of NBA 2K26 Season 4 — and “JoyRide.” Throughout the show, fans filled the venue with banners and chants. The group also led the audience in singing an early birthday song for KEONHO, whose birthday falls on February 14.

During the encore, CORTIS performed “YOUNGCREATORCREW,” an unreleased track from their upcoming second EP. The song, introduced without prior announcement, drew a strong reaction from the crowd. The members shared that the track was created on the night of their debut on August 18 and said more details about the EP would be revealed soon, including another opportunity to experience the song in March.

The concert also marked the first live performance of “Mention Me,” an insert track from GOAT, produced by Sony Pictures Animation and co-produced by and starring Stephen Curry.

CORTIS is scheduled to continue its NBA All-Star appearances on February 13 with a performance at the NBA All-Star Game halftime show, extending the group’s participation in the league’s marquee weekend.
