BIGHIT responds to reports on BTS’ Suga, IU collab

Is there a possibility of another collaboration between Suga of BTS and IU?

On March 10th, Suga’s agency, Big Hit Music, had addressed rumors of a second collaboration between Suga of BTS and IU.

According to reports, the agency informed Korean media that they were finding it difficult to confirm the speculation. As fans eagerly await any updates on the potential collaboration, it remains unclear whether the two artists will indeed join forces once again.

IU and Suga, who were both born in 1993, captured the hearts of music fans three years ago with their collaborative single “Eight.” The track earned them immense love and appreciation from their fans.

The pop rock genre track “Eight,” which was released in May 2020, seamlessly blends analog sensibility with a modern band-based sound. IU’s mesmerizing vocals and Suga’s captivating rap further elevate the song’s charm.

Starting on April 26th with a performance in the United States, Suga is set to embark on a world tour that will take him to Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Seoul, and Japan.
