Hangyeom of OMEGA X stars in a Korean Drama Adaptation of BL webtoon, ‘Jazz for Two’

Hangyeom, a member of the K-Pop boy group OMEGA X, has embarked on his acting journey with the latest Korean drama adaptation of the popular BL webtoon, 'Jazz for Two.'

The original webtoon became #1 on the BL webtoon chart on Lezhin Comics in 2017.  ‘Jazz for Two’ follows the struggles and pressures of four high school students attending an arts school. There, the characters navigate the complexities of self-discovery and growing up through love and music.

Hangyeom Takes on the role of Suh Do-yoon, a cheerful drummer with a long time hidden crush.

I was a bit nervous and scared to try acting for the first time, but I was able to film with great confidence and joy, thanks to all the help from Director Song Su-lim, staff members, and my colleague actors. Directed by Song Su-lim, the same director behind the BL dramaA Shoulder to Cry On,‘ in which OMEGA X previously composed and performed three original soundtracks.

Joining Hangyeom, Jaehan from OMEGA X has has taken part in making and singing the original soundtrack for this new show. Jazz for Two premiered in March 2024, comprising eight 30-minute episodes, available for viewing on iQIYI across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Spain, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
