Taeyeon’s father passed away

Taeyeon’s father died due to heart attack (acute myocardial infarction) earlier this morning, March 9.

After hearing the sad news, Taeyeon go to the place where her family, including her mother, brother and sister are located.

SM Entertainment confirmed the news and stated that the funeral will be held quietly with her family.

Today is Taeyeon’s 31st birthday. She will be at the funeral together with her family.

Meanwhile, Taeyeon’s new single and VLive broadcast have been postponed.
