Kim Seon HO in talks to star in an upcoming film

Kim Seon Ho could be having his debut in the big screen. Kim Seon Ho has chosen to appear in “Sad Tropics” (direct translation) and is in the process of finalizing the specifics, according to film industry insiders. SALT Entertainment responded to the report with clarifying that Kim Seon Ho is favorably considering the casting offer.

The film “Sad Tropics” tells the story of a man with a Korean dad and a Filipino mom. He aspires to be a boxer and travels to Korea to locate his dad, who abandoned him. Throughout the process, he encounters undesirable men and encounters a variety of scenarios.

Moreover, Park Hoon Jung, who produced successful films such as “New World,” “V.I.P,” and “The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion,” will direct the film.

If Kim Seon Ho accepts this offer, this would be his debut film. He is now acting in the drama “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” alongside Shin Min Ah, and he is also a regular on “2 Days & 1 Night.”
