Rowoon, Won Jin Ah confirms to star in upcoming JTBC drama

Actors Won Jin Ah and Rowoon will star in the drama “Sunbae, Don’t Put on that Lipstick” (literal translation).

“Sunbae, Don’t Put on that Lipstick” is a romance drama about a straight-forward “hoobae (junior)” who is handsome, sexy and serious, and his sunbae (senior) that says he doesn’t see his age as a man.

It is based on a web novel of the same name, which was loved by many readers by winning the grand prize in the Hyundai-Romance category at the 2017 Romantic Collaboration Contest.

Won Jin Ah plays Yoon Song Ah, a cosmetics brand marketer. Her goal is to make her own cosmetics brand. He shown solid acting skills through dramas such as “Melting Me Softly,” and “Just Between Lovers.”

On the other hand, Rowoon will play the role of Chae Hyun Seung, a cosmetics brand marketer and straight-forward man. He debuted in 2016 with SF9 and showed off his charm by appearing in dramas “School 2017,” “Where Stars Land,” and “Extra-ordinary You.” Last year, he emerged as a rising star by winning the MBC Drama Awards’ Best Male Rookie Award.

Won Jin Ah and Ro Woon will portray the two characters who meet and interact with each other at a company.

“Sunbae, Don’t Put on that Lipstick” will air in the first half of 2021.
