TXT’s ‘The Name Chapter: Freefall’ surpasses 2.35 million pre-orders

Tomorrow X Together breaks their own album pre-order record in just eight days.

According to YG PLUS, the album distributor, as of September 7th, TXT’s upcoming album ‘The Name Chapter: FREEFALL’ has recorded an impressive 2.35 million pre-orders. This remarkable achievement sets a new record for TXT, surpassing the final pre-order count of 2.34 million copies for their previous release, the 5th mini album ‘The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION.’

Furthermore, TXT consistently experiences remarkable growth with each new album they release, solidifying their reputation as artists whose upcoming releases are highly anticipated. For instance, in August 2021, their second regular repackage album, ‘The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE,’ garnered sales of 590,000 copies.

In May of last year, their fourth mini album, ‘Minisode 2: Thursday’s Child,’ achieved an impressive 1.47 million copies in sales. Notably, in January their fifth mini album, ‘The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION,’ boasted a remarkable 2.34 million pre-orders.

Tomorrow by Together is set to unveil their third full-length album, ‘The Name Chapter: FREEFALL,’ on October 13th at 1 PM KST. Prior to the album’s release, the group will drop a pre-released track titled ‘Back for More’ on September 15, a collaboration featuring Brazilian pop singer, Anitta.
