BTS’ Jimin will reportedly debut as a soloist in February + Big Hit responds

Jimin of BTS will reportedly debut as a solo artist in February.

According to Korean Media, BTS Jimin is preparing for a solo album in February. The specific release date is reportedly being coordinated.

On the 16th, an official from Big Hit Music, the agency, told that Jimin’s new album release is being coordinated and it “will be released after the schedule is confirmed.”

There is a lot of interest in whether Jimin will unveil a solo album after J-Hope, Jin, and RM have released their solo works. Fans are eager to see the differences in Jimin’s musical style and approach when he performs as a solo artist compared to when he performs with the group.

Recently, Jimin, a vocalist from BTS, joined BIGBANG member Taeyang’s new song ‘VIBE (Feat. Jimin of BTS)’ as a featured artist on the 13th. This came after he sang the OST for the cable channel tvN drama ‘Our Blues’ with his friend Ha Sung Woon last year.
