LOS ANGELES, Aug. 17, 2026 — CORTIS, the boundary-pushing K-pop group composed of MARTIN, JAMES, JUHOON, SEONGHYEON, and KEONHO, has officially completed its first-ever North American tour, “2026 CORTIS TOUR IN NORTH AMERICA” (PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN), following a sold-out run across six cities.
Promoted by Live Nation, the tour concluded with a two-night finale in San Francisco on August 15 and 16. Every show sold out within minutes, underscoring the rapidly growing demand for CORTIS less than a year into their career.
The tour centered on the group’s high-energy performances, dynamic stage presence, and a simple message: put the phone down and experience the moment.
CORTIS Brings ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’ to North America

The concept behind “PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN” was created around CORTIS’s desire to move live music beyond screens and encourage fans to be fully present during the concert.
Rather than simply watching the performance through a phone, fans were invited to jump, sing, move, and experience each moment alongside the group in real time. That philosophy became a defining element of the tour, with CORTIS and their fans feeding off each other’s energy throughout each show.

The concept was further expanded through the PYPD app, which captured the movement and energy generated by CORTIS and their fans during each performance. The technology complemented the concert experience while allowing fans to revisit the moments they created together without taking their attention away from the stage.
CORTIS Takes the Stage—and the Crowd

CORTIS brought “PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN” to Toronto on August 4, followed by New York on August 6, Atlanta on August 8, Irving on August 11, Los Angeles on August 13, and San Francisco on August 15 and 16.
One of the tour’s most memorable features came when the members stepped off the stage and performed directly alongside fans in the crowd. The close-up interactions helped create an intimate atmosphere despite the size of the venues.
Each stop also carried its own personality. In Irving, Texas, the members appeared onstage wearing cowboy hats, incorporating a playful nod to the state that quickly gained attention across social media.
The result was a tour where no two performances felt completely identical, with CORTIS adapting to the energy of each city and audience.
From “YOUNGCREATORCREW” to “MOTION”: CORTIS Keeps Fans Singing
The CORTIS North American tour setlist was designed to maintain its momentum from beginning to end.
Fan favorites such as “YOUNGCREATORCREW,” “FaSHioN,” “REDRED,” and “ACAI” were performed alongside more melodic tracks including “JoyRide,” “Lullaby,” and “Blue Lips.”

The set also featured “MOTION (feat. Juicy J),” CORTIS’s collaboration with hip-hop legend Juicy J. The song followed its live debut at Lollapalooza Chicago, giving North American fans another opportunity to experience the collaboration onstage.
Together, the songs highlighted CORTIS’s musical versatility while leaving plenty of room for fans to become an active part of each performance.
CORTIS Follows Lollapalooza Chicago With Sold-Out Tour
The North American tour came shortly after CORTIS made its Lollapalooza Chicago debut on August 1, performing on the T-Mobile Stage before approximately 50,000 people.

Despite the rain, the group delivered a high-energy performance that drew an enthusiastic response from the crowd. Clips from the set quickly circulated across social media, introducing CORTIS to an even wider audience and contributing to a surge in the group’s online following.
CORTIS subsequently became the fastest K-pop group to reach 15 million followers on Instagram. The group has also amassed 16.3 million followers on TikTok and 6.3 million YouTube subscribers, according to the announcement, making them the highest-followed K-pop boy group among those that debuted within the past five years.
The numbers reflect the scale of CORTIS’s rapidly expanding global fanbase just months after their debut.
‘GREENGREEN’ Climbs Billboard 200
CORTIS’s momentum has also translated to the Billboard charts.
The group’s second EP, GREENGREEN, climbed 75 spots from No. 114 to No. 39 on the Billboard 200 in its 13th week on the chart.
The resurgence came more than three months after the EP’s initial chart run and coincided with CORTIS’s major U.S. activities, including their Lollapalooza Chicago appearance and sold-out North American tour.
The chart movement adds another milestone to an already rapid first year for the group.
What’s Next for CORTIS?
With “PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN” officially wrapped, CORTIS will return to Seoul for its first-anniversary celebration.
The group will hold the “2026 CORTIS TOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY” across two nights on August 22 and 23 in Seoul.
CORTIS will then take its growing international presence to the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix on October 9, marking another major global stage in the group’s breakout year.
Less than a year after their debut, CORTIS has already completed a sold-out North American tour, performed at Lollapalooza Chicago, climbed the Billboard 200, and built a rapidly expanding global following.
If the message behind “PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN” is about being present in the moment, CORTIS’s first year suggests there is plenty more to experience ahead.
