The action ramps up this summer as Flex X Cop returns for a second season, bringing back Jin Isoo and the violent crimes team to tackle terrorists, assassins and high-stakes cases when the Korean crime drama premieres August 7, 2026.
Season 2 picks up after the events of the first installment, which saw billionaire heir Jin Isoo evolve from an impulsive outsider into a determined, if unconventional, detective. Following a grueling stint at the police academy, Isoo officially returns to the force as a full-fledged police officer, only to discover that his former drill instructor, Joo Hye Ra, has been appointed head of the violent crimes team. The unexpected twist places the two at odds as they become partners.
Ahn Bo Hyun (Itaewon Class, Yumi’s Cells) reprises his role as Jin Isoo, while Jung Eun Chae (Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born, Pachinko) joins the cast as the team’s new leader, Joo Hye Ra. Kim Bada returns as writer, with Kim Jae Hong once again directing the series after helming the first season.
The new season expands Disney+’s growing lineup of Korean crime dramas. Subscribers can also stream the complete first season of Flex X Cop, alongside titles including Made in Korea, Vigilante and The Worst of Evil.
