MAMAMOO’s sub-unit, consisting of members Solar and Moonbyul, is confirmed gearing up for a highly anticipated comeback slated for March.
According to a statement given to the South Korean media on the 21st by an official from RBW Entertainment, MAMAMOO’S sub-unit, MAMAMOO+, is currently in the midst of preparations for a highly anticipated comeback, with the aim of making their return in March.
Making their debut with the release of their first single “Better” in August of last year, MAMAMOO+ marked the first-ever unit group to emerge from the acclaimed South Korean girl group MAMAMOO. The collaborative track “Better”, which features rising artist BIG Naughty, struck a chord with audiences and gained significant popularity upon its release.
Heralded as one of the most skilled girl groups in the industry, MAMAMOO made their debut in 2014, and have since become a mainstay in the K-pop scene. On February 12th, the group wrapped up the Asian leg of their first-ever world tour, “MAMAMOO WORLD TOUR ‘MY CON‘”, to resounding success. Looking ahead, MAMAMOO is slated to embark on their highly anticipated Americas tour, where they are sure to delight fans with their signature style and magnetic stage presence.
