aespa, a metaverse girl group, achieved a remarkable milestone by entering the prestigious Tokyo Dome in Japan in the shortest time (2 years and 9 months) since their debut as a foreign artist
During their ‘aespa LIVE TOUR 2023 ‘SYNK: HYPER LINE’ in JAPAN -Special Edition-‘ event at Tokyo Dome on August 5 and 6, they managed to sell out all seats. The overwhelming demand from local fans prompted the organizers to open additional seats with limited views, resulting in an impressive total attendance of 94,000 fans over the two-day concert.

Even without a Japanese debut, aespa managed to sell out all 10 performances held in four regions of Japan, including Osaka, Tokyo, Saitama, and Nagoya, from March to May and proved its powerful ticket power with the recently concluded Tokyo Dome concert.
The Tokyo Dome performance was a special edition, an upgrade from the previous solo concert ‘SYNK: HYPER LINE’, featuring new versions of the songs ‘Spicy’ and ‘Welcome To MY World’ with EDM arrangements. The stage was adorned with new songs like ‘Hold On Tight’, which enthralled the audience. aespa’s performances were elevated with the addition of LED monitors, lifts, moving stages, and even moving cars, creating a grand and immersive experience.

The show highlighted each member’s talent, such as Karina’s powerful performance in ‘Menagerie,’ Ningning’s unique charm in ‘Wake Up,’ Winter’s mesmerizing vocals in BoA’s ‘Shine We Are!,’ and Giselle performing her self-composed track “Keep Goin’.” In total, the concert showcased an impressive lineup of 28 songs, delighting the audience for approximately 3 hours.

Meanwhile, aespa will begin its world tour in 14 cities in the United States, South America, and Europe, starting with LA on August 13.
