Actress Kim So Hyun will appear in the new drama “Is It Coincidence?”
On September 27, Kim So Hyun’s agency. IEUM Hashtag revealed that Kim So-hyun was cast as Lee Hong Joo, the main character of the new drama “Is It Coincidence?”. Song Hyun Wook will direct the drama, which was written by Park Geu Ro.
The new drama “Is It Coincidence?” is based on the Romance Webtoon’s, “Is It Coincidence?” (written by Nam Ji Eun, illustrated by Kim In Ho), which marks the beginning of the heyday of Naver Webtoon and depicts the story of young people moving forward in search of true love and dreams ten years ago.
Kim So Hyun plays Lee Hong Joo, an animation producer who is afraid of love due to wounds to past love. Kim So Hyun, who has performed well in various works with various characters and delicate acting skills, is expected to transform into an ordinary office worker in the drama and create another life character.
“Is It Coincidence?” ” will begin production in the second half of 2022.
