Park Bo Gum is not joining YG Entertainment.
Contrary to earlier reports, it has been confirmed that actor Park Bo Gum did not sign an exclusive contract with YG Entertainment.
On January 17th, YG Entertainment officials clarified to the local media that while Sean and Park Bo Gum did participate in volunteer work together, there is no truth to the story that Park Bo Gum has signed an exclusive contract
Earlier this day, a media outlet reported that Park Bo Gum was expected to join YG Entertainment. The media claimed that Park Bo-gum’s friendship with Sean had led him to have a relationship with YG Entertainment, however, it was later found to be untrue.
Park Bo Gum and Sean have been frequently seen together. Notably, he has been frequently featured on Sean’s social media. Sean also expressed his excitement, stating “I look forward to seeing actor Park Bo-gum in a healthy and bright appearance in 2023.”
Meanwhile, Park Bo Gum ended his contract with Blossom Entertainment in December of last year. Blossom Entertainment expressed their appreciation for the actor, stating “We have mutually agreed to support each other’s future endeavors. We express our gratitude to Park Bo-gum for his trust and support throughout the years.” With Park Bo-gum now a ‘free agent’, the industry is closely watching his next move.
